Date and time: Sunday 26 July at 11.00am.
Description: This is a national event to honour all those who ‘go down to the sea in ships and do their business in great waters’; the Royal and Merchant Navies, the Fishing Fleets, the RNLI and those who crew the ships which bring 90% of our trade to these shores, and who export those goods on which our prosperity depends.
Tickets: No tickets are required, all are welcome. There will be an opportunity to donate to The Mission to Seafarers. Because of the limitations of Wi-Fi in the area, we cannot take cards, but your cash will be very welcome! Please Gift Aid it if possible.
Refreshments: There will be refreshments available after the service.
Accessibility: There is some car parking at the end of the lane by the church, or park in Church Lane as you approach. The toilets are public ones in the cemetery. The church is accessible to all.
